Fast link Airport/Porto Piazza Principe train station/city centre/Brignole station/airport. A quick, reliable bus service with links between Genoa Airport and the city centre every twenty minutes. The first bus from Genoa Airport is at 06.15 a.m. and the last bus is at 10.30 p.m. First bus leaves Brignole train Station for the Airport at 05.30 a.m. and the last one is at 10.30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased on board (cost €3.00 all day pass); AMT travel cards are also valid. The taxi ranks are located at the Airport in front of the Arrivals area, at Pisa Centrale Railway Station, less than 5 minutes from the Airport (Phone 0011 39 050 41252) and at Piazza Duomo (Phone 0011 39 050 561878). The ‘Taxi Collettivo’ Service (by CO.TA.PI.) operates every 10 minutes from Pisa International Airport to the central railway station and to the Leaning Tower (S. Chiara Hospital). A long-distance coach service operates from the central railway station at 06.00 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays to Montecatini, Siena, Perugia and final stop Crotone, Calabria (Phone 0011 39 0962 21709 Fratelli Romano) Bus no. 38 (Phone 0011 39 085 4321211) operates every 10 minutes to the city centre from 08.00 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.. Journey time is approximately 30 minutes. Tickets may be purchased at the machines inside the Terminal building and cost is €0.90. Taxi (Phone 0011 39 085 4211870) takes approximately 15/20 minutes and costs about €16. Compagnia Pisana Trasporti (CPT) Phone 0011 39 050 50551. Bus No. 3 connects the Airport to the central railway station and Piazza dei Miracoli approximately every 20 mins and the fare is €0.80. This bus service crosses the Arno River over the Ponte Solferino and arrives at the Field of Miracles (5 minutes from the “Ospedale S. Chiara” stop), where the world famous Leaning Tower is located. From the Airport the main bus stops are: Pisa Central Station, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, “Fiume Arno” (4 stops), Santa Chiara Hospital. An €0.80 ticket is valid for one hour on the entire city network. You can buy tickets from the Information Office in the Air Terminal or the automatic ticket machine at the bus terminal. The bus terminal is located just outside the Arrivals area. You can easily recognise this by a green shelter bearing the inscription “City Bus”. A second stop is located outside the departures area near the car park cash desk. A direct train service from Pisa Aeroporto Station links Florence (in approx. 1hr.). There are also trains from the Airport to Lucca, Montecatini and Pistoia. Taxi to Pisa city centre costs approximately €6.00-€8 and the journey time is 10 mins. Operates from 06.37 a.m. to 11.37p.m. Last train from Roma Termini central rail station to the Airport is at 10.52 p.m. There is also a train service to Tiburtina Station called SM1 every 15 minutes from 05.50 a.m. to 11.27 p.m. It takes approximately 40 minutes, operates several stops and costs €5. The train service from Tiburtina to the Airport runs every 15 minutes from 05.06 a.m. to 10.36 p.m. and costs €5. COTRAL (Tel. from Italy only 800 150 008) runs a bus service from Fiumicino Airport to Cornelia Tube Station (Linea A) every hour from 05.30 a.m. to 07.10 p.m. The journey time is 1.30 hrs. and the cost is €2.80. COTRAL bus service to Ostia Lido operates from 07.30 to 23.30. You can purchase tickets through the automatic machines or at the tobacconist on the second floor near the Airport railway station. Night bus operates from International Arrivals to Tiburtina Station at 01.15 a.m., 02.15 a.m., 03.30 a.m. and 05.00 a.m. TERRAVISION bus service (Phone 0011 39 06 65958646) from Airport to Rome Termini central rail station operates in conjunction with arrival and departure of Ryanair flights. Cost is €8 or €13.50 on board (book on-line www.terravision.it). Buses operated by COTRAL connect the Airport to Ciampino Railway Station and Anagnina (Linea A) underground station. Underground (Metro) from Anagnina to the centre of Rome runs every 10/15 minutes. Bus stop and bus ticket vending machines are located next to the Departure Hall of the International Terminal. There is a train called SM4 from Ciampino Railway Station to Termini Station in Rome every 10/15 minutes. APT buses, public transport service, to TRIESTE, UDINE (Coach 51), GORIZIA (Coach 1), GRADO and MONFALCONE operate from the Airport to Trieste city centre from 05.40 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 06.04 a.m. to 10.04 p.m. at weekends. APT also run buses to UDINE. Tickets can be purchased at bus stations or at the Airport (either at the Post Office or at the bar on the first floor). Bus No. 5 operates from the Airport to Piazzale Roma every half-hour from 04.08 a.m. to 01.10 a.m. (It stops several times en-route). Ticket costs €2 (on board €2.50) and can be purchased at the ALILAGUNA ticket office in the Arrivals hall from 08.00 a.m. to midnight. Journey time 20 mins. ACTV bus No. 15 operates every half-hour from the Airport to Mestre Railway Station from 06.02 a.m. to 09.20 p.m. Journey time 30 mins. and costs €1. ATVO (Phone 0011 39 041 5205530, www.atvo.it). SHUTTLE BUS direct service every half-hour from the Airport to Piazzale Roma and another service operates from the Airport to Mestre Railway Station from 08.51 a.m. to 00.00 a.m. weekdays/09.10 a.m. to 00.00 a.m. weekends.
